Creamy hummus and guacamole

Ingredients for hommus
- 1 tin (400g) chickpeas drained
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 3 Tbsp Greek yoghurt 1
- 3 Tbsp tahini hulled (don't include if pregnant)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 3 Tbsp cold water
- ¼ tsp cumin powder (optional)
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Sea salt to taste
Ingredients for guacamole
- 2 medium to large avocados halved, stoned, and peeled
- 1 clove garlic peeled and crushed
- 6 cherry tomatoes washed
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 handful mint leaves washed
- 1 pinch chilli powder or flakes (optional)
- ¼-½ tsp Sea salt
Blend all hommus ingredients together in blender and pour into a small bowl to serve.
Repeat with your guacamole ingredients.
Enjoy with your favourite vegetable sticks, wholegrain breads, or as a side dip with your meal.
