Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes chopped into small chunks
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber chopped into small chunks
  • 1 small onion chopped into small chunks
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2-3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp dry mint
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and enjoy as a side dish with your lunch or dinner!
