Pregnancy Nutrition School is my signature 12-week online program. It’s a nutrition roadmap that will help you reduce confusion and overwhelm and help you navigate which foods and nutrients you and your baby will need most to thrive.

It takes you step-by-step through all your pregnancy nutrition needs and challenges. And also includes 1:1 consultations with Marike to give you more personalised care and support.

One-on-one virtual coaching

Personalised nutrition care

One-on-one online coaching sessions are a great way to get more personalised pre-pregnancy and pregnancy nutrition care. These are included in your Pregnancy Nutrition School program, and are also available after the program is completed if you require further support.

Key areas I specialise in are:

  • Preconception or pre-pregnancy nutrition
  • Pregnancy nutrition for all three trimesters
  • Postpartum nutrition and preparing for your next pregnancy

Preparing and nurturing your body during this awesome undertaking is key in helping you and your baby feel better supported throughout your nine months of pregnancy.
